Berry Smoothies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of your favourite berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 200g vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup of milk (for something different you could try soy or rice milk)

Method

  1. In a blender combine vanilla yoghurt, milk and berries.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Makes one large glass.
