Berry Daiquiris


  • 200 g frozen berries
  • Juice of one small lime
  • Juice of one small lemon
  • Salt/sugar (for dipping glass rims)
  • 50g of white sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 100ml dark rum (or vodka or gin)


  1. Combine berries, sugar and ice in blender.
  2. Pour in alcohol and juice.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Rub the rim of the glass with lemon or lime.
  5. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar or salt.
  6. Pour liquid into the glass and serve.

Makes one large cocktail glass.
