- 200 g frozen berries
- Juice of one small lime
- Juice of one small lemon
- Salt/sugar (for dipping glass rims)
- 50g of white sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups ice
- 100ml dark rum (or vodka or gin)
- Combine berries, sugar and ice in blender.
- Pour in alcohol and juice.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Rub the rim of the glass with lemon or lime.
- Dip the rim of the glass in sugar or salt.
- Pour liquid into the glass and serve.
Makes one large cocktail glass.
